Brian Scanlon

Chairman

Brian spent the first part of his career in the steel industry. Subsequently, he became a director of AT Kearney, the international management consultancy, advising the boards of numerous multi-national businesses over many years. He has also held a number of executive and non-executive boardroom roles. For some years, he served as a director of Costain PLC and has been responsible for the creation and public flotation of a number of new ventures and privatisation projects. He was, most recently, a Vice President of JP Morgan Chase in its Treasury Services division.

Together with Stephen Schneider, CPS’s Managing Director, he co-authored The Boardgame, Survival and success as a company board member which was published in January 2011.
