Clive Grundy

Clive held a number of senior management positions in the manufacturing and service sectors working for Chrysler, Massey Ferguson, Grand Metropolitan and Compass Group where he became the Group Human Resources Director on the plc Board. He was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Business Management for his internationally recognised workplace learning and development initiatives. At CPS, Clive has a particular interest in supporting, through coaching, those moving from senior executive roles to director positions for the first time.
