Jon Stokes

Jon spent the early part of his career practising as a clinician at The Tavistock Clinic. In 1994 he founded The Tavistock Consultancy Service, which offered organisations the opportunity to explore the unconscious dynamics which can affect organisational performance. He has acted as a consultant on the Tavistock’s Leicester Conference and now tutors on Henley Management Centre’s experiential programme: Developing Leaders. Jon also mentors senior executives in the private and public sectors who wish to explore their personal impact on the organisations which they lead.
