Sara Scott

Sara trained in organisational consultancy at the Tavistock Clinic and qualified as a group analyst at the Institute of Group Analysis. She is a former deputy director of the Revolving Doors Agency, the country’s leading health and criminal justice charity, where she developed her leadership and team performance skills. She uses her managerial background and experience and combines it with her clinical training to support senior executives wishing to enhance their individual performance and their ability to create more effective work teams.
